FIELD: application of coats formed by fluid media, such as scream. SUBSTANCE: coat is formed by cream mass, for example, chocolate by spraying; chocolate mass is fed to main branch pipe 11 inserted in additional branch pipe 12 to which compressed air is fed. In course of spraying, chocolate mass gets cooled and solidified. Temperature of fluid mass contained in reservoir is maintained by 4 to 6 C above hardening temperature. When fluid mass is forced by pump, temperature is maintained within above-mentioned interval; in spraying, temperature of mass being sp[rayed is maintained slightly above hardening temperature to obtained even layer of mass. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency. 21 cl, 2 dwg
