FIELD: plastic metal working. SUBSTANCE: method comprises steps of forming bottom from hot blank at continuously cooling die and punch; setting flowrate of heat transfer agent in such a way that to provide intensity of heat radiation from unit of working surface of die and punch equal to predetermined value. In description of invention calculated relationship is given for determining heat radiation intensity as function of initial temperature of die and punch, temperature of heated blank, heat capacity and heat conductivity of materials of die and punch, density of materials and time period of forming process. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency.
