EFFECT: improved technological characteristics expressed in the reduction of the formation of defects in the zone of formation of holes for the installation of studs, the stabilization of the installation of anti-skid studs relative to the surface of the tread part of the tire, and, as a result, an increase in the safety of tires and their consumer properties.
