FIELD: ball pens. SUBSTANCE: pulling-in assembly 1 for the writing instrument has writing cap 5 on one end and ratchet gear 7 on the other with the aid of which the assembly can turn and be pulled out from the writing instrument or pulled in it to your choice. Ratchet gear 7 is made for rotation around the longitudinal axis of the assembly relative to writing cap 5. Due to these means, every time when pulling-in assembly 1 is pulled out from the writing instrument or pulled in it, cap 5 turns mainly arbitrary number of times, which ensures a more even distribution of wear on the writing cap.
