FIELD: chemical engineering. SUBSTANCE: installation has loading unit 1, discharge unit 2, reactor 3 with gas-supply 6 and heating 7 systems, and conveyor 5. Reactor is separated from loading and discharge units by protective shield 4 executed in the form of packet of plates arrange parallel to reactor axis and remotely interconnected through their lower edges provided with cuts to pass working flight of conveyor 5. Plates, excluding the first and the last ones from the side of reactor, have cuts on their upper edges to release gases. Conveyor 5 is made in the form of cellular sieves with holes across all their surface connected in hinged relation with roof. EFFECT: improved design. 5 dwg
