FIELD: pulp-and-paper industry. SUBSTANCE: method provides manufacturing fibrous cellulose material consisting of multitude of elongated cellulose fibers with tubular walls surrounding internal cavity containing deposited calcium carbonate. Compounded paper or fibrous material have such moisture content as to provide percentage of moisture based on fibrous material weight at the level within the range from 40 to 95%. Water is disposed inside cavity of tubular walls of cellulose fibers and in the walls of fibrous mass of fibers. A chemical is added to cellulose mass to penetrate into water present in fibrous cellulose mass. Further, mass is brought in contact with gas reacting with the chemical added thereby producing water-insoluble compound. By this method, compounded paper is manufactured with chemical disposed inside cavities and walls of fibrous mass in multitude of cellulose fibers. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency of process. 10 cl, 7 dwg
