FIELD: apparatus for roof working. SUBSTANCE: the arrangement uses a self-propelled carriage with a platform and a heating installation secured on the platform, it incorporates N microwave oscillators, N radiators made in the form of open ends of waveguides or electromagnetic horns, N transmission lines whose inputs are connected to the outputs of the microwave oscillators and the outputs - to the inputs of the radiators and which are located in the platform window in a row parallel to the coating and perpendicular to the direction of carriage motion, stiff and flexible screens secured around the edges of the platform. Besides, the number of N is determined as a relation of the width of roof heating surface coverage (L) and doubled product of the platform height (H) with radiators and tangent of the half of the angular width of the directional pattern of radiators (Q) according to the radiating power drop by 3 dB by formula: N=L/2HtanQ(1). EFFECT: reduced weight, delivery to the roof, heating-up of soft roof and its repair (regeneration). 3 cl, 8 dwg
