FIELD: heat treatment of dielectric material including liquid-glass base heat insulating materials. SUBSTANCE: microwave oven of first option has N microwave oscillators 1, N transmission lines 2, N radiators 3, two sluices 5, heating chamber 4 in the form of metal cylinder truncated on plane parallel to its axis; radiators 3 are installed on cylindrical surface of chamber 4 with their openings toward interior; plenum and exhaust vents 9 closed with microwave filters 10 are made in upper and lower parts of chamber 4. Effective part of belt conveyor 11 is placed in microwave oven. Second option of microwave oven has N microwave oscillators 1, N transmission lines 2, N radiators 3, rectangular metal heating chamber 4, two sluices 5; chamber 4 has in its upper and lower walls plenum and exhaust vents 9 closed with microwave filters 10; some radiators 3 are installed on upper wall of chamber 4, other radiators are mounted on opposite side walls of chamber 4 in opposition so that their polarization vectors are orthogonal.
