SUBSTANCE: device has metal platform, N SHF generators, N waveguide transmission lines, N radiators where N is found from formula $$$ where L is width of heating of road coating, 1 is length of heating of road coating; H is distance from surface of road coating to radiator aperture; a is width of wide wall of transmission line waveguides; Q is half the angular width of radiator pattern in E plane at drop of power by 3 dB. Waveguide transmission lines are installed on platform vertically in several rows. Lower ends of waveguides are arranged in platform openings and play the part of radiators. Side walls of waveguides in one row are tightly adjoin each other. Shaft generators are installed on upper ends of waveguides, input of each transmission line being connected with output of one SHF generator, and output, with input of one radiator.
