End face surface of piston sealing portion is made at angle to cylinder generatrix complying to equation: 0<A<arcsin((R×sinχ)/L where A is angle between normal drawn to end face surface of piston sealing portion and cylinder axis; R is crank radius; L is distance from center of end face surface of piston sealing portion to rear end face of piston guide support portion; χ is angle of crank turning corresponding to maximum compression in cylinder.
