SUBSTANCE: given accelerometer has first plate of monocrystalline material in which immobile and mobile frames and elastic joint linking them are formed, second and third plates, two-phase A C voltage generator, source of D C reference voltage, differential capacitive converter with first and second immobile electrodes, amplifier with two antiphase outputs. Mobile frame is mounted in symmetry with reference to axis of elastic joint. The latter is manufactured from two elastic straps arranged along axis of joint on different sides of mobile frame First and second immobile electrodes have two sections located on second and third plates on both sides from axis of elastic joint. Some surfaces of elastic straps are matched with one of surfaces of first plate. Thickness of each strap is less than thickness of first plate.
