FIELD: car electronics. SUBSTANCE: measuring and compensation temperature-sensitive resistors made of rolled metal foil are arranged on polymer film secured with prestarting between two identical metal substrates. Substrate material (for example, stainless steel) has temperature coefficient of linear expansion close to that of temperature-sensitive resistors (made of nickel, for example). Each substrate has hole with chamfer at an angle of at least 45 deg. Sizes of hole in direction of medium flow exceed substrate thickness by at least an order. Measuring temperature-sensitive resistor is positioned above one of the holes. EFFECT: improved design. 3 cl, 2 dwg
