FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has high frequency oscillator having two frame radiators mounted in parallel to each other in horizontal direction to enable object under study to be placed between them. The object is positioned on movable table with bed composed of several parts that are to be detachable over the organ under study. Presentation unit being plate manufactured from material conducting magnetic field and having metal powder layer applied to its surface, is mounted under the object under study. Magnetic field passing through carcinoma tissue, its density changes and it reflects over powder projection on the plate. The powder projection consists of powder particles heaped one over another and directed towards the end having the opposite charge as carcinoma is a set ions charged with charges of the same sign.
