FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention is intended for inducing death of tumor cells in living biological objects of succinic acid (SA) and 3-aminophthalic acid hydrazide (APA) of preparation "Galavit" and energy of HF- and UHF-radiation, known as HF- and UHF-hyperthermia. Described is a method for initiation of tumor cell death by HF- and UHF-energy, intended for local treatment of oncological patients having tumor tissues, for their hyperthermia in all organs of human body, characterized by the fact that before treatment, person for 3 days is transferred to a protein diet for maximum multiple selective increase of accumulation in "hungry" tumor tissues high-electroconductive electron-ion solution of 3-aminophthalic acid hydrazide when intravenously administered in megadose 36 mg/kg of human body weight for 8 hours and oral administration of succinic acid in disposable megadose 3000 mg 2.5 hours prior to physiotherapy beginning with maximum accumulation of "Galavit" preparation in tumor tissues during this period, is 3–6 times higher than in healthy tissues, selective hyperthermia of tumorous tissues HF- and UHF-energy is performed in accordance with depth of their location and penetration depth of electromagnetic wave into human body by 6.1 centimeters, with allowed frequency f=2450 MHz, with total heating rate of tumor tissues at this frequency 0.078 °C/s, for 191 s to heating temperature of tumor tissues 51.5 °C, when heating healthy tissues no more than 40 °C.
EFFECT: method leads to thermal death of tumor tissues due to high dielectric contrast of the tumor and increase in difference of its conductivity (dielectric losses) relative to surrounding healthy biological tissues, reaching multiple values for various tumors; this allows for fluorescence diagnostics to specify boundaries of tumors and to conduct simultaneous hyperthermia of tumor cells with electromagnetic HF- and UHF-energy of photo-wave radiation and detect and destruct, therefore, even undetectable tumor formations located in deep layers of biological object.
