SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for initiation of tumor cell death, intended for complex treatment of oncological patients having tumor tissues in all organs of human body, by hyperthermia HF- and UHF-energy, characterized by that person for 3 days is transferred to a non-carbohydrate diet to create glucose starvation and subsequent maximum saturation of oncological cells by electron-ionic solution of ascorbic acid in disposable megadose 350 mg, and after 4 hours with maximum accumulation of drug in tumor tissues is 2–4 times higher than in healthy tissues, selective hyperthermia of tumor tissues is performed with HF energy in accordance with depth of their location and penetration depth of electromagnetic wave into human body of 1100 cm, at the resolved frequency f=13.56 MHz, with a total heating rate of the tumor tissues of 0.017 °C/s for 360 s to the tumor tissue temperature of 43 °C, while heating the healthy tissues is not higher than 40 °C.
EFFECT: said method results in thermal death of tumor tissues due to high dielectric tumor contrast and increasing the difference of its conductivity (dielectric losses) relative to surrounding healthy biological tissues, which reaches multiple values for various tumors.
