FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves forcing discontinuous flow of liquid under treatment to pass through quartz cell and concurrently exposing the discontinuous flow to ultraviolet, optical, infrared radiation and magnetic field in the zone the cell is placed. The device has casing 1 having ultraviolet radiation source 3, optical and infrared radiation source 4, permanent magnetic field source 5 and alternating magnetic field source 6 coaxially positioned relative to quartz cell 2. Gas interrupter 7 of liquid flow placed between pipe 8 for supplying liquid and quartz cell 2 serves for creating discontinuous flow of liquid in quartz cell. Tuning members 10 and 11 are utilized for maintaining metered supply of liquid and gas.
