FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has container provided with inlet and outlet nipples, peristaltic pump connected to inlet nipple of the container, ultraviolet radiation source, reservoir for collecting irradiated biological liquid and oxygen supply source. The container is composed of hollow casing additionally provided with the second inlet nipple and flat wall manufactured from material transparent to ultraviolet radiation. The oxygen supply source is connected to the second inlet nipple of the container through additionally designed activation unit being reservoir manufactured from material transparent to ultraviolet radiation having oxygen spray unit and filled with disinfecting liquid solution. The ultraviolet radiation supply source is mounted between the activation unit and the container. EFFECT: uniform distribution of radiation; improved rheological and anticoagulation properties of blood; enhanced sterility; accelerated sanitary treatment. 1 dwg
