FIELD: medical technics. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to treatment of cardiovascular, oncologic, allergic, and other diseases, in which ultraviolet irradiation of blood leads to a good effect. Irradiator contains UV- radiation source, cuvette, and peristaltic pump. Cuvette is made in the form of tube of biologically inert polymer material shaped as coil. It is placed between two walls having symmetrically arranged slots 4-8 mm in width at distance 1-1.5 mm from one another. Distance between walls is 2a+(0.3-0.5) mm where a is thickness of tube.
