SUBSTANCE: method relates to physical culture and sports, specifically to a method of training and evaluating efficiency of repulsion from a support. When the method is implemented, the vertical component of the support reaction is measured when jumping upwards. To this end, the person being tested stands on the support reaction meter platform. At that, support reaction meter platform has vertical component of developed force. Component is connected to central unit of reaction meter of support. Support reaction meter unit detects force equal to tested weight. Then the person being tested performs jumping upwards. Central unit of the support reaction meter processes the signal of the instant reaction value of the support and transmits information to the information display device. At that, jumps upwards are performed successively due to various jumping techniques. Device for displaying information of support reaction meter shows quantitative parameters of each performed jump, namely height and efficiency factor of jump. These parameters are calculated using the central unit of the reaction reaction meter by the formulas:
where: h is the jump height; g = 9.81 m/s2 - acceleration of free fall; tfl. is flight phase time determined by dynamogram; k is jump efficiency coefficient; Pst. is the tested weight; S is the repulsive force pulse determined from the dynamogram, then, according to the obtained height information and the efficiency coefficient of each of the jumps performed by the various techniques, determining the most rational individual motor stereotype of repulsion from the support when performing a series of jumps.
EFFECT: providing a method of training and evaluating the efficiency of repulsion from the support, increasing the efficiency of the training process by obtaining information on the rationality of the biomechanism of interaction with the support of the person being tested when the jump is performed upwards.
