SUBSTANCE: initial porous materials, for example, low- value wood, are impregnated with gaseous alkenes or their mixtures with monomers and/or oligomers, after which material is affected by fast electrons with energy 0.4-1 MeV in constant magnetic field with intensity 0.5-1.5 kV/cm.
