CLAMPING COWL FASTENER Russian patent published in 1997 - IPC

FIELD: aeronautical engineering; securing cowls, fairings and panels of flying vehicles. SUBSTANCE: clamping fastener has body, latch, lever with bearing platforms and hook with hinge. Bearing platforms of latch and lever are located along axis passing through centers of rotation of hook and latch. Hinge is made in form of separate part with tailpiece and is located on inner side of hook. Shim washers are laid between hinge and inner surface of hook. EFFECT: enhanced reliability. 9 dwg
