FIELD: transport.
SUBSTANCE: aircraft nose cowl lock contains lock mechanism with hook which mechanism is designed to be attached to cowl, and mating part with fork for lock hook, which part is designed to be attached to inside of aircraft frame. The mating part of lock is made in the form of body in the central part of which there is hole for threaded element installed with possibility of translational motion. The threaded element is fixed against rotation relative to body by stopper capable to translate in side slit made in body cover. In the hole of body central part, O-ring is placed interacting with threaded element. At the outside of body on the threaded element, fork for hook of lock mechanism is performed, and at the inside, rotatable adjusting nut is screwed on the threaded element. The body and its cover are made with oval holes for elements of attachment to frame with possibility of body position adjustment.
EFFECT: invention is aimed to increase lock operation reliability, improve performance, convenience of assembling and simplification of adjustment.
