FIELD: railway transport; maintenance and repair of railway tracks. SUBSTANCE: machine has frame resting on wheelsets. Working members, engine, pumping station connected with engine, and working member hydraulic control system coupled with pumping station are installed on frame. Machine has also at least one reduction gear consisting of housing installed through support bearings on wheelset axle, shaft connected with hydraulic motor and installed in housing in parallel with wheelset axle. Three gear wheels are fixed on axle and three gears and toothed clutch are mounted on shaft. Toothed clutch serves for selective engagement of two gears, of indicated three gears, with shaft.
