FIELD: powered track tools. SUBSTANCE: machine tool has the base 1 with the screw-type clamping device 2 and with guides, having a feeding mechanism and supporting the drilling assembly 5 with two- step cylindrical motor-reduction gear and with a spindle in the form of a hollow driven shaft, provided by members for mounting and fixing a drill. The base 1 is in the form of a vertical strut, having the upper and lower brackets 7, connected with two guides 3,4 with possibility of linear and rotary motion along three coordinate axis. The rail clamping device 2, joined with the lower bracket, is in the form of a cross protrusion; its clamping screw 13 has an axis, being parallel with a supporting plane of the protrusion and with an axis of the spindle and being normal relative to a plane, passing through the locking members 14 of a sole on the protrusion normally relative to the above mentioned supporting plane. The upper guide 3 is provided by an axial thread, into which the screw 15, having the feed handle 16, is screwed in; that screw carries the rotary sleeve 17, jointly connected with the connecting rod 18, in its intermediate portion being in its turn jointly connected with the drilling assembly 5 and by its other end being jointly connected with the rocker arm 22. The rocker arm 22 is jointly connected with the guide 4. An axis of the joint articulation assembly of the connecting rod 18 and the drilling assembly 5 is arranged on an axis of the spindle normally relative to it in the same way as axis of remaining joint articulations of the feeding mechanism. A lengthwise symmetry axis of the connecting rod 18 is placed in the same plane as the axis of the guides 3,4. The intermediate shaft 25 being hollow one for arranging the drill; the driven shaft has members for adjusting an axial position of the drill. Both above mentioned shafts are arranged in the same plane; axis of two openings for the guides and the spindle of the driven shaft are arranged in the other a plane in such a way, that the above mentioned four axis are mutually parallel ones and the planes are mutually normal.
