FIELD: construction industry, erection of spatial structures of dome type. SUBSTANCE: metal strip from bobbins is inserted into annular grooves of rollers positioned in fixture. In the course of their rotation spinning, reduction and bending of strip in direction of rib take place with radius equal to radius of specified spatial surface. Passing under disc of rocking-type saw strip is fed to marking table where it is marked and cut with rocking-type saw by size. Cut strip is bent in fixture with formation of large and small triangles. Set of triangles included into building unit, they are installed in turn in jig where points of contact centers of legs of large triangles are welded by electric welding to vertexes of smaller triangles. Formed building unit is removed from jig and is placed into collector where collected packet of building units is treated with paint sprayer, transported together with erection post and locating arms to assembly point. Building units are lifted to calculated height with the help of erection post and locating arms and are joined to form specified spatial surface. EFFECT: increased productivity. 12 dwg
