SUBSTANCE: group of inventions concerns components, constructs and auxiliary attachments of hospital beds and can be used for bed care and care of invalids, both in hospital environment and at home. According to the first version, an elevator for seriously ill patients and invalids contains vertical bearing rods connected by crossbeams, a frame with a adjustable suspension bracket, a drive, a mobile carriage and control rods. The drive is mounted on the mobile carriage. The carriage is placed on horizontal guides that are fixed at the upper ends of the vertical bearing rods. The control rods are connected with the mobile carriage and hinged to the frame. The mobile carriage comprises the lever rotatable about the axis. The control rods are axially hinged to the frame. The shorter arm shoulder of the lever is attached to the drive. The longer arm shoulder thereof is connected with the frame by a mobile junction and 1.5-3 times exceeds the length of the shorter arm shoulder. The adjustable suspension bracket has an arm for an attachment to bring the adjustable suspension bracket under seriously ill patients and invalids. According to the second version, the elevator for seriously ill patients and invalids contains horizontal guides connected to crossbeams to be fastened to a ceiling or wall. The attachment to bring the adjustable suspension bracket of the elevator under the seriously ill patient or the invalid is made in the form of a wire frame. The frame has the form of an isosceles triangle with its base representing a handle and two extended sides. The extended sides are inclined at the acute angle to a bow-shaped top and bended on a plane. The bend is distanced from top of the arch at 1 to 8 bend deflections of the top arch.

EFFECT: improved care without any considerable physical efforts from attendants and thereby positive effect on health of seriously ill patients.
