FIELD: building members and constructions such as walls, partitions for buildings, windows, doors, etc. SUBSTANCE: the panel has a structural member, for instance, a concrete panel whose surface on the outer and inner sides carries light collectors made in the form of stacked truncated lenses-focons. The narrow end faces of the lenses-focons are connected in pairs by means of optical fibre. Building optical panels are applicable for production of walls in buildings, ceilings, roofs, doors, windows. Windows and doors may be installed in ordinary buildings, for instance, in banks, where an enhanced strength is required.
