FIELD: construction engineering. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to building parts and structures such as walls and partitions for buildings, windows, doors, etc. Construction lighting panel has structural part such as for example concrete panel. Installed on surface of concrete panel at external side and at its internal side are light collectors which are made in the form of truncated focusing lenses which are combined in set. Narrow end-faces of focusing lenses are connected in pairs by means of light conductors which are assembled into bundle. Lighting panels can be used in construction of walls, ceilings, roofs, doors, windows in buildings. They can be very useful in lighting premises having no natural light. They are usable in building of underground garages, various production and domestic structures, storages, etc. Construction lighting panel is specified by higher translucence with possible variation of brightness of radiant flow produced by them.
