FIELD: engine engineering. SUBSTANCE: engine had housing with working space, inlet and outlet ports, turbine blower. A round rotor is mounted on a shaft inside the space. Inside the rotor is at least one radially movable vane. The working space is cylindric. Inside the space is a cylindrical rotor mounted on an eccentrically mounted shaft. There are hollows on the rotor the number of which is equal to the number of vanes. The engine is provided with a system for compression of fuel-air mixture and supplying the charge to the combustion chamber. The system consists of valving unit and device for compression and sealing arranged on the cylindrical surface of the working space in the portion where the rotor is nearest to the side of the working space. The working space could be defined by intersecting cylindrical spaces the number of which ranges from two to five. Inside the spaces are parallel shafts with rotors interconnected via synchronizing gear. The driving shafts are arranged inside the working space eccentrically. The driven shaft is arranged at the center of the space. The driven rotor is provided with hollows the number of which is equal to the number of missed working vanes.
