FIELD: mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: invention can be used as engine, pump, compressor or turbine and in measurement technology. Proposed machine contains stator and driving rotor with at least one chamber-forming space divided into working chambers by driven rotor formed between stator and driving rotor. Space is limited by surface identical to surface of body formed at rotation of stator with driven rotor around axle of driving rotor with simultaneous rotation of driven rotor around its axle. At least one cutout is made over perimeter of driven rotor. Depth of cutout is such that its bottom, at any position of rotor, is over working surface of stator which makes it possible to enlarge technological and operating capabilities at increase of efficiency and specific power. Machine has no ballast volume and its sensitivity to abrasive admixtures in working medium is reduced. High specific capacity at speeds same as those of other rotary machines makes it possible to effectively use invention in aviation and automotive industry, especially for fitting engines of this type in wheels of automobiles.
