FIELD: manufacture of engines. SUBSTANCE: rotary internal combustion engine has housing with working chamber provided with inlet and outlet ports and formed by two intersecting cylindrical chambers accommodating two parallel shafts with round mutually associated rotors. According to the invention, the shafts with the rotors in each of cylindrical chamber are eccentric, both the rotors having blades are provided with hollows and arrangements for passing the blades, and both the working chambers are provided with system for compressing fuel-and-air mixture and for admitting charge into combustion chamber.
