FIELD: power engineering. SUBSTANCE: water vapor is used as a gas sprayer of fuel. Vapor is fed in two portions. The smaller portion is fed at the inlet to the device. The large portion is fed at its outlet. The first portion is set in tangent-axial motion, whereas the second one is set in axial motion with a speed that exceeds a sonic speed. The total amount of vapor in both portions is no less than 50%, by weight, of fuel weight. The device has mixing head at the inlet, Laval nozzle at the outlet, and nozzles inclined to the longitudinal axis at an angle of 30-60°. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency. 7 cl, 3 dwg
