FIELD: food production industry. SUBSTANCE: method is used in dairy products industry. According to method, antioxidant agidol in oil solution is introduced in amount of 0.005-0.01 mas.% into raw milk. Mixture is homogenized, thickened and dried. Antioxidant agidol can be introduced into dry milk in dry form by spraying powder in amount of 0.05-0.1 mas.%. Application of aforesaid method allows for reducing and suppressing Cancerogenic symptoms, prolonging period of storing ready product because fat of mare's milk is not made rancid.
