SUBSTANCE: positive electrode of lithium chemical source of electric energy has compound of transition metal and graphite oxyfluoride in the capacity of pore-forming conductive additive with common formula Cx•ZCyO•nH2O•CF, where x=5.0-15.0; y=2.2-2.5; z=0.2-2.0; n=0.1=2.0 with content of pore-forming agent in mass of positive electrode equal to 2.0-10.0%. Manganese dioxide, copper oxide, chalcopyrite, pyrite to mixture of copper oxide and pyrite or mixture of copper oxide and chalcopyrite is used in the capacity of transition metal.
