FIELD: new energy- saturated cathode materials for chemical current supplies. SUBSTANCE: proposed cathode material primarily used for 3-V electrochemical current supplies of hybrid fluorine-carbon - manganese dioxide - lithium electrochemical system is based on powdered mixtures of fluorine-carbon and manganese dioxide as well as of commercial carbon and temperature-expanded graphite, the latter being added as evaporator; these mixtures are mixed up with binder after mechanical pre-treatment of mixture. Process is also proposed for producing cathode material using powdered mixture of fluorine-carbon and manganese dioxide as well as mixture of commercial carbon and heat-expanded graphite subjected to mechanical treatment followed by introducing binder, drying, and molding cathodes which are heat treated in vacuum or in inert gas. Heat-expanded graphite is produced separately by thermolysis of graphite fluorine oxide. EFFECT: enhanced discharge characteristics and safety. 6 cl, 3 tbl, 1 ex
