FIELD: food industry for preparation of high-protein food additive. SUBSTANCE: method involves preparation of water suspension from solid waste of mustard-oil production in ratio 1: 6-1:10, its heating up to temperature 45-50 C for 15 min; then suspension is treated with direct steam for 40-45 min and dried on spraying drier at temperature 105-120 C for 4 s. With two reactors method may be continuous. Output of prepared product is 96.0-98.0%. Content of crude protein is 40.0%, and moisture, not more 10.0%. Prepared powdery product is of higher quality, with storage period up to 2 years. It has higher keeping properties and is not lumped. EFFECT: higher efficiency.
