FIELD: reprocessing of tobacco raw material, in particular, preparing tobacco material for cutting. SUBSTANCE: apparatus has two collectors positioned at ends of rocker arm and provided with nozzles. Rocker arm ends are formed from tubular bars serving steam pipe provided with steam valve and inlet branch pipe axially of rocker arm rocking axis. Collector nozzles are oriented one to another so that tobacco heaps are simultaneously introduced from top and bottom. EFFECT: increased efficiency and simplified construction. 2 dwg
