SUBSTANCE: planetary head for rerolling rods includes body stationarily mounted relative to headstock in machine tool; mounted on spindle disc with toothed cone rim on its end; set of deforming rollers mounted by crossing angle on axles in body of head. Rollers are joined with disc rim by means of gear wheels and they are mounted with possibility of radial adjustment in inserts arranged in body, Geometry axis of inserts coincides with geometry axis of drive gear wheels.
