FIELD: automotive industry; automobile safety devices. SUBSTANCE: gas generator has housing, ignition member placed inside and space for receiving gas forming material. Space is formed by closed reactor for taking in combusted liquefied gas. Gas generator has also special chamber to evacuate gases formed at combustion of liquefied gas from housing, puncturable diaphragm arranged in the chamber, space located between reactor and puncturable diaphragm and pierce located in space and provided with through channel for piercing reactor wall at activating of ignition member.
