FIELD: chemical technology, organoelemental chemistry. SUBSTANCE: method involves producing palladosammine from the depleted aluminium-palladium catalyst as parent palladium-containing material that is roasted in air flow at 500-700 C. Then after pulping out in water at ratio solid:liquid = 1:3 material is treated with sulfuric acid (consumption is 2.7-2.9 kg/1 kg roasted material) followed by heating of reaction mass at 100-110 C, diluting the obtained pulp with water up to density 1.2-1.3 g/$$$ and separation of the formed aluminium sulfate solution from palladium-containing residue. The latter is dissolved in hydrochloric acid followed by treatment of palladium solution with ammonia at heating and then with hydrochloric acid and separation of formed palladosammine precipitate from mother liquid. EFFECT: improved method of producing.
