FIELD: production of chloropalladosammine. SUBSTANCE: method for production of chloropalladosammine from platinum metal chloride solution containing impurities of base metals includes separation of palladium from initial chloride solution of platinum metals. Palladium is separated in form of crystalline ammonium chloropalladite which is dissolved in water. Produced aqueous palladium-containing solution is treated during heating with ammonia to obtain alkaline reaction. Then, it is cooled, treated with hydrochloric acid up to acid reaction with subsequent separation of precipitate of chloropalladosammine from mother liquor. Used as precipitating agent in separation of palladium from initial solution in form of ammonium chloropalladite is secondary ammonium chloride which is formed as a byproduct in technology of platinum metals. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 2 cl, 1 tbl
