FIELD: production of hydrocarbons of synthesis gas. SUBSTANCE: synthesis gas is prepared of mixture of hydrocarbons $$$ wherein fraction $$$ being saturated by isoparaffins, preliminary, by isopentane and isohexane. The process is carried out in zone of contact with catalyst whose particles has two components, namely, crystalline aluminosilicate ($$$ in it being 25-150; content of sodium oxide being 0.2-0.5 mass %; content of rare-earth elements being 0.1-5 mass %) and zinc-chromium component (atomic ratio Zn/Zn+Cr in it being from 1:9 to 1:1). Catalyst is reduced at temperature not higher than 400 C. Contact of synthesis gas (ratio CO/$$$ in it being 1-12) with catalyst takes place at 330-400 C and at pressure 6-15 MPa; volume rate of feeding of raw materials is 50-11000 $$$. EFFECT: increased yield of liquid isoparaffins, preferably, light isoparaffins. 2 tbl
