FIELD: vanadium production by hydrometallurgical methods. SUBSTANCE: feed liquor is acidified, followed by precipitating therefrom vanadium pentoxide, under heating, onto earlier produced vanadium pentoxide precipitate having specific surface area 50-2000 $$$. Inventive novelty of proposed method resides in fact that acidified feed liquor is supplied in counter-current to vanadium pentoxide precipitate , from bottom upwards, at feed rate 0.2-10.0 l/h. sq.cm of precipitate bed cross-section. EFFECT: high vanadium recoveries.
