FIELD: manufacture of crystalloid materials. SUBSTANCE: proposed gear includes frequency converter placed in circuit of connection of actuating element of regulation object to power supply source. Novelty of gear lies in use of frequency converter as auxiliary unit. Gear is fitted with decoupling unit positioned after converter. In this case decoupling unit forming output unit branches off parallel test circuit where unit checking presence of reducing-physical action isolated from actions of electrophysical nature is mounted. Actuating element cycles electrically matter of technological tails. Mentioned element is arranged with use of key element formed by commutator. Converter placed into gear is provided with voltage regulator, pulse form regulator and amplifier placed in series after frequency converter.
