FIELD: bridge building, in particular, constructions with cable trusses. SUBSTANCE: suspension bridge uses anchors, bridge towers, main cables fastened to them and arranged on opposite sides of the bridge longitudinal axis and connected to the stiffening girder by cable suspenders. The main cables jointly with the suspenders form the cable trusses connected to the stiffening girder external faces in the nodal points. The even and odd nodal points of connection of the cable suspenders to the stiffening girder are positioned on separate straight lines parallel to the bridge longitudinal axis; the straight lines are distant from each other at a distance equal to the height of the stiffening girder, and the straight line with odd nodal points is located closer to the bridge longitudinal axis. EFFECT: reduced specific consumption of materials, enhanced stiffness at horizontal actions of the stiffening girder. 3 dwg
