FIELD: laying of oil and gas pipelines on sea ground. SUBSTANCE: device provides simultaneous digging of trench is sea ground and laying of pipeline at translational motion with lifted out ground placed at both sides of trench without lifting it to surface. Device is made in form of rotating bucket drum and wedge type blade projecting from buckets and installed on turnable frame. Guide rolls are mounted on top of frame for lowering the pipeline into trench.
