FIELD: laying of underwater pipelines. SUBSTANCE: suction-tube dredger is used to make trench in bottom ground for laying pipeline, irrespective to depth of water area, with prevention of pressure of lowered pipeline onto working device of suction-tube dredger. Housing of suction-tube dredger is hinge-connected with carriage towed along the ground and provided with support rolls, variable floatability tank and hermetically sealed recess accommodating trenching device power motor. Device proper is installed on carriage at constant angle of inclination relative to ground surface. EFFECT: enlarged operating capabilities. 1 dwg
