FIELD: mechanical engineering; pumps, compressors, gas expansion machines, external and internal combustion engines; machines with cyclically changing volumes of working chambers. SUBSTANCE: rotary-vane machine has cylindrical housing with intake and outlet ports opened and closed by vanes vibratory rotating between housing and inner cylinders coaxially mounted relative to housing with cheeks limiting the cylinders at end faces. Vanes forming working chambers are connected to each other and to output shaft through vane coupling mechanism. Vane coupling mechanism is made in form of carriers rigidly secured on output shaft and carrying at least one shaft with two eccentrics and rigidly secured gears - planet pinions which are in meshing with gear wheels rigidly secured on cheeks. Eccentrics are made with eccentricity pointed in opposite directions. Each eccentric is coupled through corresponding plate with eccentric hole engaging with eccentric and is coupled with its group of vanes through coupling disk. Disk carrier plate installed for free turning around eccentric and in coupling disk. EFFECT: enlarged operating capabilities. 7 dwg
