FIELD: mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has two inertia disks interconnected via a roller bearing and defining a flywheel. The first inertia disk is provided with a pressure-tight space for receiving a damper of torsional vibration. The first inertia disk is connected with the shaft of an internal combustion engine. The second inertia disk is provided with a friction surface for coupling the clutch with the gear box through a friction clutch. The inner boundary of the pressure-tight space is positioned at the mid-diameter or radially outside of the friction surface from the axis of the flywheel. According to the second embodiment the torus-like portion and/or the seal are arranged outside of a circumference whose diameter is equal to the outer diameter of the friction surface of the second inertia disk. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency. 52 cl, 7 dwg
