SUBSTANCE: protective coating has bearing and shock-absorbing layers and longitudinal plate segments overlapping one another at an angle to the bearing layer and located in a spaced relation to one another, bent and facing outside with the convexity, furnished with hemispherical stampings facing outside with the convexity and located on the segment sections projecting outside. The coating is furnished with an external camouflage layer; the internal bearing layer is made of elastic material including a cord braiding, and the coating sections to be located on the opposite sides of the object to be protected are interconnected by means of quick-detachable joints.
